		About Us Anwalt Consulting was created by a group of Central European University graduates in early 2004 in Hungary, Budapest. The head office opened in Irkutsk, Russia in September 2006 supported by an extensive network of international experts throughout the target region that includes most Eastern European countries, Russia (with a focus on Siberia and Far East) and CIS, Central Asia and China. We speak local languages and practice law within the regional legal and political context. The firm is organized into three practice sectors – Insurance Law, General Practice and International Department.
